We have been actively working in Uttarakhand Promoting all activities that can be done in our Uttarakhand. We are bound to follow the same rules and regulations which are directed by the Government Of Uttarakhand.

Child Policy

  • Child below 5 yrs. complimentary.
  • Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room (Charge Extra Bed or Mattress with Meals).
  • Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.

  • Surface transportation Depends upon Number of Passenger Booking Particular Dates .With chauffeurs as per the itinerary (Ac not allowed in the hills).
  • All interstate taxes, permits, parking, road tax, toll taxes and fuel charges etc. are included.
  • All government applicable taxes and service charges.


Exclusions

  • GST.
  • Air Fare/Train fare.
  • Medical and travel insurance.
  • Tips travel insurance, medical insurance, laundry charges, liquors, mineral water, telephone charges.
  • Hotels can be customized as per your requirements with cost variation.

  • Porter, pony, horse, cable car, boat charges.
  • Room Heater charges as per the hotel.
  • Any other item not specified in "Cost Includes".
  • Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mention in the itinerary.
  • Monuments Entrance Fees.
  • Surcharge If Applicable.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).


Payment condition

In order to make the best out of your travel excursion, secure your trip with a 30% advance payment with an affordable manner of the total tour payment charges deposited into our company's bank account. Once the payment is received by us, our operational staff would book your hotel bookings and also arrange several other requirements for the tour. Once everything is done, we will send you a confirmation after which passengers have to pay another 20% of the total amount. The rest 50% of the total tour cost can be paid through traveler's cheques upon your arrival in India.

Payment can also be done through bank transfer a fortnight before you arrive. After you have deposited the advance payment you would be informed or updated about the arrangements for the tour. All the updates are on a regular basis.

Cancellation Policy

Policy regarding cancellation / any show / initial departure

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
  • 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 08 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40% of the tour cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.
  • Jeep Safari & Canter Safari are non refundable.
  • Total amount of booking for Kedarnath beds are NON REFUNDABLE once it's confirmed.
  • We refund the payment in the same manner as the client's original payment method.
  • We will refund the payment after cancellation within one week.
  • No refunds for flight tickets.
  • Palace on Wheels and other convenient trains are not refundable.


Tour Postponement/Adjustment Policy

In the event of tour/travel service postponement due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we request to be notified in writing. Our adjustment policies will come into effect from the date we receive the written communication. The adjustment charges for rescheduling to a new tour date(s) are as follows:

  • Guest(s) are kindly requested to inform us about the postponement of their trip at least 7 days before their scheduled arrival
  • Within 01 to 29 days after the confirmed and scheduled tour start date - 100% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • Between 30 to 59 days after the confirmed and scheduled tour start date - 50% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • Between 60 to 89 days after the confirmed and scheduled tour start date - 25% of the Advance Booking Payment.
  • After 89 days or in case of no show - NO ADJUSTMENT.
  • We are unable to modify or cancel guest hotel reservations during the trip, and we are also unable to make any changes to the trip itinerary or duration.
  • If any guest cancels any hotel booking or reduce the trip duration, the package cost will not decrease; it will remain the same. In such cases, guest is required to pay the full amount of the package.
  • If a guest adds a different hotel instead of the package hotel during the trip, an additional amount will need to be paid.


In case of peak seasons such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, the charges for jeep safari may increase. Additionally, during peak seasons (weekends or weekdays), separate cancellation policies for hotel bookings, specifically for Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, will apply (these will be provided as needed).
Please note: A 100% full payment is mandatory.

In the event of a dispute, if any, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar, District Nainital, Uttarakhand.

Special Notes for Kedarnath Yatra

  • Kedarnath Temple is a sacred abode located at a very high altitude an elevation of approximately 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level, and it experiences extreme weather conditions. It remains open for only about 6 months in a year. The Yatra, open from May to October, offers a chance to connect with divinity amidst nature's grandeur.
    The temple remains inaccessible from November to April due to thick layers of snow, plummeting temperatures as low as -15°C (5°F), and treacherous conditions that render the trekking routes hazardous. Thus, visitors should not expect to find luxury accommodations in the vicinity or premises of Kedarnath during the season.

  • With all due respect and humility, we discourage providing any kind of accommodation facility all the way up to the Kedarnath premises. However, we kindly suggest to our esteemed guests to arrange their own night stay in Kedarnath once they have reached there. This way, they can secure a more favorable deal, not only in terms of pricing but also in terms of available facilities.

  • However, if guests wish for us to arrange accommodations in Kedarnath, we can provide budget-class options (Bed/Lodge/Dharamshala/Camp/Guest House) without meals.
